Words by William Cowper, Tune by John Kelly. The only tune on this album which I didn't write.

This has long been a favourite hymn & associated tune. This recording was done one night when I was at my wits end, so it means a lot to me. You can hear it in my voice. It still gives me chills.

His wonders to perform;
He plants His footsteps in the sea
And rides upon the storm.

Deep in unfathomable mines
Of never failing skill
He treasures up His bright designs
